Mark Caton - Director
Mark has worked in the electrical industry for over 30 years, and has developed his skills and knowledge in the renewable industry through his vast experience. Mark is also a Senior Manager at our partner company RDB Construction.
Being passionate about all things solar Mark is our senior surveyor, carrying out our initial site surverys and producing all our designs and quotations, whilst also managing the installation and maintenance teams. On odd occasions he even breaks out his old skills and you will find him up on a roof lending a hand - but only if the weather is nice!
Ross Bailey - Director
Ross is the Managing director of RDB Construction, and Director of Total Renewables. Ross has successfully grown RDB since 2004, building over 50 new homes and 110 completed projects.
RDB Construction's slogan of “Sustainable Luxury Homes” is no glib comment. Adopting early Solar PV integration into many of his new build projects, as well as other technologies in the renewable field, Ross is a great spokesperson for the company and can often be found engaging new clients.
Installation & Maintenance Teams
Our installations team consists of fully qualified and experienced electrial engineers as well as construction, groundworks and roofing teams. Our lead installers have undergone many hours of additional training as well as shadowing senior installers before going solo. We also work alongside RDB Construction for their electrical installation needs.
Our maintenance team consists of experienced engineers whom, after many years installing solar PV, have the range of skills needed to quickly and accurately identify faults and defects and resolve the problem. Having a firm understanding of installing solar PV ensures our fault diagnosis methods are first class.
All of our installation teams understand the importance of good workmanship and quality of service.
