Servicing and Aftercare

At Total Renewables UK LTD, we pride ourselves on our aftercare and support. As standard, all of our Solar PV, Battery Storage, and EV charge points are covered under our workmanship warranty, and the details of this will be provided within our quotations. While we do not expect there to be any problems with one of our installations, sometimes things do crop up. In the rare event of a problem, our support team is on hand and will be happy to guide you through the problem, and if required, arrange for one of our engineers to visit.

Fault Diagnosis, Maintenance and Repairs

Total Renewables UK LTD are able to offer fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs on existing systems; whether they be Solar PV, Battery Storage or EV Charge points.

Several years of experience within the renewable industry has given us the opportunity to understand and diagnose faults swiftly and cost effectively. We understand the importance of generation and the cost implications set upon it, and we also understand that any maintenance costs are eating into any potential financial returns. For this reason, we do not operate annual maintenance programmes with a monthly cost attached; however if you wish for a one time system check or electrical inspection we would be happy to help. Our rates are fully transparent and are based upon the technology, travel distance, and time required to fully inspect the system in question. We do not operate a minimum term for this service.
